What Are Microgreens & Our Assortment
Microgreens include a variety of highly nutritious edible immature greens, harvested a few weeks after germination. This stage of a plants' life occurs as it develops from the cotyledon stage (first set of leaves to appear from a germinating seed; which in most cases, looks the same among most varieties of vegetation) through the development of its first true leaf (first set of leaves to appear like a miniature version of the mature vegetation foliage); after this, the crop will begin entering the baby vegetative stage and will lose most of its flavor potency.
